Summer holidays

07/04/2022

When everyone goes on vacation, many teachers are in doubt about what to do with suddenly freed time.

Of course, June is packed to capacity: to prepare students for the national exams, finish reports, hand over all the inventory, and maybe even renovate the classroom. And what's next? There are still two months left!

Summer Camps and Summer Schools are an excellent option for active teachers who get bored at home and like to be in the spotlight. Many schools, language centers, and colleges organize summer programs for gifted children and those who need to improve their academic performance. Such programs usually are homework free and have a more flexible structure.

Summer is also a great time for tutoring. You will finally have the opportunity to teach only those topics that you like. You can plan the day the way you want. You can even arrange a day off in the middle of the week. This is a great chance to try working for yourself and maybe even reconsider plans for the following year.

Some of the teachers in our team usually sign up for all sorts of professional development courses and try to obtain new skills. In post-COVID times, many online educational programs have opened up, and now you can study while lying on the couch with a cup of tea in your hands.

Well, for those who are always afraid of not being on time, you can plan your lessons and create guided notes. Anyway, we all have to do this for a year. And so, you will have more free time for family and entertainment during the next school year.
