User Agreement

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. This User Agreement (from now on referred to as the Agreement) applies to the Site located at http://www.catacademy.net.
    2. The Site catacademy.net (from now on referred to as the Site) is the property of Inna Sergeevna Glushkova,  Personal Tax Number: 231295103598, catacademy.net@gmail.com, +79181219806
    3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Site Administration and the Site User.
    4. The site administration reserves the right to change, add or remove clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
    5. Continued use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.
    6. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it.
  2. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS
    1. The following terms are used in this User Agreement:
    2. "Site Administration" - Glushkova Inna Sergeevna, who organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data and also determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
    3. "Site User" (from now on referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
    4. "Site Content" (from now on referred to as Content) - protected results of intellectual activity, including texts of literary works, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, graphic, textual, photographic, derivatives, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, general style, and arrangement of this Content, included in the Site and the goods sold, as well as other objects of intellectual property collectively and / or separately contained on the Site.
  3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
    1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the information contained on the Site and the services provided.
    2. This Agreement covers all currently existing (actually functioning) services (services) of the Site, as well as any of their subsequent modifications and additional services (services) that appear in the future.
    3. Access to the Site is provided on a voluntary basis.
    4. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.
    5. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
    1. The site administration has the right to:
    2. Change the rules for using the Site, as well as change the Content of this Site. The changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site.
    3. Restrict access to the Site in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement.
    4. The User has the right:
    5. Use the purchased resources only for personal purposes.
    6.  Use all the services available on the Site.
    7. Ask any questions related to the services.
    8. Use the Site solely for the purposes and in the manner provided for by the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  5. The Site User undertakes:


    1. Provide, at the request of the Site Administration, additional information that is directly related to the services provided by this Site.
    2. Observe the property and non-property rights of authors and other copyright holders when using the Site.
    3. Do not take actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
    4. Do not distribute using the Site any confidential and protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation information about individuals or legal entities.
    5. Avoid any actions that may violate the confidentiality of information protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
    6. Do not use the Site to distribute information of an advertising nature, except with the consent of the Site Administration.
    7. Do not use the Site for the purpose of:
    8. Uploading Content that is illegal violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and (or) discrimination on racial, national, sexual, religious, social grounds; contains false information and (or) insults to specific persons, organizations, authorities.
    9. Inducement to commit unlawful acts, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions in force on the territory of the Russian Federation.
    10. Violation of the rights of minors and (or) harm to them in any form.
    11. Infringement of the rights of minorities.
    12. Representing yourself for another person or representative of an organization and (or) community without sufficient rights, including for employees of this Site.
    13. Misleading about the properties and characteristics of the services posted on the Site.
    14. Incorrect comparison of services, as well as the formation of a negative attitude towards persons (not) using certain services, or condemnation of such persons.
  6. The User is prohibited from:
    1. Use any materials received from CatAcademy for commercial purposes.
    2. Reproduce or share acquired resources with other people in any form without the written permission of the site administrator.
    3. Use this resource or any part of it for commercial purposes, even if you have changed some parts.
    4. Use any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy or monitor the Content of this Site.
    5. Disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
    6. In any way bypass the navigation structure of the Site to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically provided by the services of this Site.
    7. Unauthorized access to the functions of the Site, any other systems or networks related to this Site, as well as to any services offered on the Site.
    8. Violate the security or authentication system on the Site or any network associated with the Site.
    9. Perform a reverse search, track or attempt to track any information about any other User of the Site.
    10. Use the Site and its Content for any purpose prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Internet resource or other persons.
  7. USE OF THE SITE
    1. The Site and the Content included in the Site are owned and operated by the Site Administration.
    2. The Content of the Site may not be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted, or distributed in any way or posted on the global Internet without the prior written consent of the Site Administration.
    3. The Content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other rights related to intellectual property and unfair competition law.
    4. This Agreement applies to all additional provisions for the services provided on the Site.
    5. The information posted on the Site should not be construed as a change to this Agreement.
    6. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the list of services offered on the Site at any time without notifying the User.
    7. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work.
    8. Proper functioning of the Site, if the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.
  8. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT
    1. The Site Administration has the right to disclose any information collected about the User of this Site if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding the misuse of the Site or to identify (identify) a User who may violate or interfere with the rights of the Site Administration or the rights of other Site Users.
    2. The site administration has the right to disclose any information about the User that it deems necessary to comply with the provisions of the current legislation or court decisions, ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, protect rights or security.
    3. The site administration has the right to disclose information about the User if the current legislation of the Russian Federation requires or permits such disclosure.
    4. The Site Administration has the right, without prior notice to the User, to terminate and (or) block access to the Site if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Site contained in other documents, as well as in the event of termination of the Site or due to a technical malfunction or problem.
    5. The Site Administration is not liable to the User or third parties for termination of access to the Site in case of violation by the User of any provision of this Agreement or other document containing the terms of use of the Site.
  9. DISPUTES RESOLUTION
    1. In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, a prerequisite before going to court is the presentation of a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
    2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.
    3. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute on a voluntary basis, any of the Parties has the right to apply to the court for the protection of their rights, which are granted to them by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
    4. Any claim regarding the terms of use of the Site must be filed within the period after the grounds for the claim arise, with the exception of copyright protection for the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the law. In case of violation of the terms of this paragraph, any claim or cause of action shall be extinguished by the statute of limitations.
  10. ADDITIONAL TERMS


    1. The site administration does not accept counter offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
    2. User reviews posted on the Site are not confidential information and can be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.
